NHS England Local Area Team
Any incidents/concerns relating to controlled drugs, in any organisation, whether NHS or private, need to be reported to the NHS England Controlled Drug Accountable Officer within your area.

CD Accountable Officer
Controlled drugs accountable officers (CDAOs) are responsible for all aspects of controlled drugs management within their organisation.
CD Liaison Officer
CDLO's offer advice on safe storage, auditing, destruction, suspicious activity, internal thefts, forged or stolen prescriptions, as well as current crime trends.
