Adopt Positive Lifestyle Choices

Stop smoking!  One of the best things people can do for their health is to stop smoking.  Ask a local pharmacist or go online and search Be Well Tameside or Live Life Better Derbyshire about their stop smoking service.
Sleep.  A good night’s sleep is essential to good physical and mental health so don’t burn the candle at both ends, people should make sure they get at least seven hours sleep a night! 
Relax.  Most people lead busy lives and sometimes people forget to take time out to relax, but it is essential for a person’s physical and mental wellbeing.  Find time in the day to be still and quieten the mind, holistic exercise such as yoga can also be helpful.
Take vitamin D supplements – this is particularly important for those shielding and unable to go outside.
